My name is BARRY MAGOR, I live in NEWCASTLE, AUSTRALIA.

I joined the Australian Army as a National Serviceman in April 1966, Both my Recruit training & Infantry training was completed at 3 RTB Singleton, New South Wales.

I joined 8 RAR as a formation member in September 1966 & was posted to Support Co. Anti tank platoon.

I left with the Advance Party for Malaysia in August 1967 ,Returning to Australia in April 1968 after my 2 Year National Service term was up.

I now work as a Security Officer & a Retained Firefighter with the

NEW SOUTH WALES FIRE BRIGADES
at Minmi Fire station.
Transferred to Wallsend Fire Station 15/6/2003
